Returns
We accept returns for unopened and factory-sealed records within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the delicate nature of the product, opened items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. If your record arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team with photos of the packaging for a quick resolution.

- Storage: Always store your records vertically on a sturdy shelf. Never stack them flat on top of each other, as this can cause warping and ring wear on the cover. Keep them in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Handling: Only handle the record by its outer edges and the center label. Avoid touching the playing surface (grooves) to prevent transferring natural skin oils, which can attract dust and affect sound quality.
- Cleaning: Gently sweep the record with a carbon fiber anti-static brush before and after every playback to remove surface dust and reduce static buildup.
